I disagree with you Cenk. You have to realize most GOP voters are mostly not anti-war “liberty-loving” youngsters (which is basically Ron Paul’s base), and therefore RP’s voter ceiling is rather low. That’s why he is being dismissed. The moment he becomes a force to be reckoned with in the primaries, he will be attacked for hating Reagan (the GOP’s saint), being “weak” in foreign policy, and anti-conservative for wanting to make gay marriage, drugs and abortion a state issue.
Ron Paul is so amazing that even some of the most staunch liberals have sided with him. Perhaps not on every issue, but they have still sided with him. I think that is great.
Republicans have the chance to create their utopia, and they are going to blow it. Most Republicans talk a big game about the Constitution, until it comes time to act of their beliefs.

We need a president that you can win an election despite the media and the establishment. Maybe then others will have the courage to run on a political honest platform.
